Feilding has the biggest sheep and cattle saleyards in the Southern Hemisphere and they have sales there every Friday. Friday the farmers come to town and you can see all the action with a Saleyard Tour at 11am. Also there is a Farmer's Market in the town square every Friday, which sells locally grown produce, meat, flowers etc. Manawatu Gorge walk is nearby and so is the Wind Farm, and many other attractions.
